I’m a 3rd year Western software engineering student looking for my third coop and from talking to past Western interns, Navblue sticks out, especially because I think I can really contribute to projects Mission+ and QT Creator.
I know you guys are looking for C++, Javascript, C# and operate in Agile.
During my last Software Intern co-op at Canadian Tire, I worked on an MVP for a customer-facing API for over 5 million members that searches 30gb of data in under a second using C#, and that’s just the technical side of it. I also had to talk with other teams, and and calculate business cost and deploy it on Azure as a micro-service. I also got very familiar with the software developer cycle and Agile. The service also interfaced or used data from SQL databases with 10+ GBs of data! I also wrote test cases for other services and was part of the QA team! I also used .NET to update one of the internal applications!
I’ve also released my code for a couple hackathons won where involving both Python and Javascript, which I also taught at the Western Discovery Programming Camp.
